Personal Training
✔️ Free initial consultation: start your journey with a free consultation to discuss your goals and develop a personalized plan.
✔️ Sessions: meet 2-3 times a week for personal training
✔️ InBody 570 Composition Assessment: receive one free InBody 570 Composition Assessment with your package.
✔️ Session Length: sessions are 1 hour in duration.
✔️ Exclusions: health coaching and nutrition plans are not included, but general nutrition education is available upon request.
